Hello, I'm Ophelia.

I started wild ophelia because the best part of wildlife photography has always been the people you meet on the trail: the stranger at the hide who points out the kingfisher, the friend who tells you which boardwalk the herons prefer.

This site is that trail, online. It's a place to share your photos, swap good spots, and learn from photographers at every level, from first binoculars to big glass.

How it works

Every photo, location and journal post is reviewed by hand before it goes live. That keeps the gallery kind, keeps sensitive wildlife safe, and means the feedback you get here is worth listening to.
